STORE PICKUP - Purchases can be pick up at [ 5547 Fort Caroline Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32277] Orders can be picked up by appointment only. Please call (904)513-4865 to set up a pickup date and time. We are closed Saturdays and Sundays.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout We currently use UPS, Fedex and USPS

RETURNS

RETURNS

All purchases are final. Only damaged, expired or broken items will be accepted for a full refund or credit. You must call within 2 day of receiving the item and take a photo of the damaged item. to submit via email. The item must be unused and in its original condition. (unless received broken). We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
